The Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Brussels and CreateHK are delighted to support the 10th Asian Film Festival Barcelona directed by Menene Gras Balaguer of Casa Asia.
The Festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Around 110 films from over 25 countries and regions are being shown during the Festival, including five Hong Kong productions.
The Festival's collaboration with HKETO, Brussels also spans ten years, and to mark this milestone, it produced a video showing images of the Hong Kong films it has screened over the last ten years.
On 3 November, HKETO, Brussels hosted a reception for Spanish film distributors, cinema directors and festival jury members. At the reception, Deputy Representative of HKETO, Brussels, Ms Grace Li, said the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government is committed to supporting Hong Kong filmmakers and emerging talents.
